I can’t believe I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary on my journey to wellness! I still can not thank you enough for all you have done for me. Hardly a day goes by where someone doesn’t say to me, “you have lost a lot of weight haven’t you?” or “wow, you look so good, what have you been doing?”. It is so much fun!
